-- 11:30 am | Arrive to set up your dish (5th floor conference room in the County Council Office Building)
-- 12:00 - 1:00 pm | Meet, greet and eat with council members
-- 1:30 pm
| Public Hearing (3rd floor hearing room in the County Council Office Building)

-- 3:00 pm | Cleanup and breakdown of potluck (5th floor conference room)

What to Wear:

Wear GREEN to encourage the Council to support the County Executive's proposed budget.


What to Bring:

Bring a dish to share (for about 10 people) that is easy to serve and eat standing up. The food we bring is a direct reflection of our community. Let's make a lasting impression on the council members with the food we provide!

What you should bring depends on the first letter of your LAST name. Please follow this distribution so that there is enough food for all.

After the public hearing, please return to the 5th floor conference room to retrieve any leftover food, supplies, or containers that you brought with you for the potluck. This is incredibly helpful to both AHCMC and County Council Office Building Staff.
